Lovery Home collection purchased are handled by SideDoor. SideDoor handles purchasing process and order fulfillment. Shipments are made directly from the warehouse of the designer your item is purchased from.
SideDoor (onsidedoor.com) is an exclusive platform that allows interior design focused brands like Lovery Home offer premium products to customers at prices that are hard to find anywhere else. All standard purchases from Lovery Home are handled by SideDoor – this includes payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, and even many aspects of customer services (info@onsidedoor.com).
Shipping rates for standard deliveries are included at your time of purchase. White Glove delivery may be added for an additional fee. Note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories may have an additional shipping fee.
Standard delivery will be made to the threshold of your home, which means that it will be placed in a dry area that is protected from the weather, such as a porch, garage, or inside the closest door of the dwelling. Please note that this service does not include bringing the order inside or any assembly. If you would like these additional services, you can add on the White Glove Delivery service during checkout.

White Glove delivery may be selected and purchased at the time of purchasing your item(s) for an additional charge.
White Glove Delivery is an optional premium service that you can choose when you purchase your item(s). This service includes bringing the delivery inside to the room of your choice, unboxing, light assembly, and disposal of all packing materials. Two flights of stairs are also included in this service.
Please note: Due to Covid restrictions, some areas are not able to receive White Glove delivery. Certain companies have restrictions on entering premises due to contamination risks and mask mandates per State/County/City. We will let you know if there is an issue with the receiving address being able to have White Glove delivery available. Thank you for your understanding during these trying times!
SideDoor can ship directly to residences in Hawaii and Alaska, or residences in territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and The US Virgin Islands. There is a $175/item surcharge for shipping outside of the continental US. Once orders are placed, the SideDoor orders team will reach out to have the purchaser complete a credit card authorization form. Full payment of shipping surcharges is required for an order to be processed. If there are any issues encountered when shipping to your chosen location, the orders team will contact you for resolution.
All Lovery Home orders are currently fulfilled by SideDoor. At this time, SideDoor is only able to ship orders within the continental United States, with the exception of Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands (which may incur an additional surcharge). For orders to countries outside of the US, SideDoor can ship your order to the nearest US port in proximity to its final destination. Lovery Home and SideDoor are not responsible for arranging shipping beyond the port of arrival.
You will be sent email updates from SideDoor (orders@onsidedoor.com) as your order goes through the shipping process. You can also create a SideDoor customer profile during the purchasing process, so you can log-in and check your order status directly at onsidedoor.com. If you check out as a guest, you will be unable to log-in and check your order status.

Delivery address changes are handled case-by-case. Orders that have shipped or been fulfilled by the manufacturer(s) are not rerouteable.

Standard purchases from Lovery Home are not returnable unless being repaired or replaced due to damages (please see damaged delivery policy). All sales are final. Shipments are facilitated by SideDoor, which does not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges, as all pieces are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Please Note: Customer must inspect all items at delivery (even if the delivery is threshold) and notate any damages before the delivery driver leaves for a damage claim to be accepted. All standard orders from Lovery Home collections are facilitated by SideDoor. If you receive your order and there is damage or a manufacturer defect, please contact SideDoor customer service as soon as possible at info@onsidedoor.com. The SideDoor team will arrange repair or replacement as appropriate for the issue. Please provide the order number that the item is attached to, a picture of the shipping packaging that the item arrived in, and three pictures of the item itself showing the damage (2 up-close, and 1 from further away). If there are further issues, please contact Lovery Home Support at support@loveryhome.com.
In cases of damage during transit or other product issues, SideDoor will work with you directly to coordinate for repairs, and (if necessary) replacement of damaged piece(s). If you or your client observe damages or other issues, please reach out to our team by contacting info@onsidedoor.com. You will then be asked to provide:
